1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the gamph platform (the "Service"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

gamph is operated by gamph Gaming Corporation, a company registered and operating under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and gamph Gaming Corporation. Your continued use of the Service after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use the gamph Service, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. gamph strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws.
• Single Account: You may only register and maintain one account with gamph. Multiple accounts registered by the same person are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Personal Use: Your account is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Service on behalf of any third party or for any commercial purpose.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To use the gamph Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as requested.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify gamph immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your account credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, especially when using shared or public computers.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.

gamph will never ask you to provide your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be reported to our security team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification

gamph is required by law to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide, upon request, valid government-issued identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 days of request will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

gamph accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits are generally credited to your gamph account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. gamph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which gamph accepts no responsibility.

All funds deposited into your gamph account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. gamph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by gamph within one (1) business day of submission, subject to completion of identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour during business hours. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect in your account.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. gamph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, unless otherwise approved by gamph's compliance team.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the gamph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). gamph does not charge currency conversion fees. Any conversion fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

gamph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be available in all regions.
• gamph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• gamph reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings if it suspects abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
• Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution percentages are specified in the individual promotion terms. gamph strongly encourages all players to read and understand the wagering requirements before accepting any bonus.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the gamph platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules. gamph reserves the right to void any game round or transaction that results from a technical error, software malfunction, or any other fault that causes an incorrect outcome.

6.2 Random Number Generation

All games on the gamph platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness and randomness. gamph works exclusively with licensed game providers whose products meet international standards for fair play. The outcome of every game round is entirely random and cannot be influenced by gamph, its employees, or any third party.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, gamph's system will complete the round according to the game's rules and the state of play at the time of disconnection. gamph is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's end. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection before participating in any game.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gamph platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Cheating: Using any software, device, algorithm, or strategy designed to cheat, manipulate, or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Money Laundering: Using the gamph platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity. gamph complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses, promotions, or free bets in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to gamph's systems, servers, or databases.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the gamph platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

gamph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• At your own request, including self-exclusion under gamph's Responsible Gaming program.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause, gamph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Upon termination at your own request or for reasons unrelated to a violation of these Terms, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gamph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

gamph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gamph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gamph does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. gamph is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, programs, data, or other proprietary material due to your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

gamph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on the gamph platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, we may also send you an email notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
